would you please stop spamming !

this is getting out of control ! just post it once , if you "mistakenly" post it many times , just delete it , i am not gonna reply to any person who spams , and the other singers in here please dont respond too , till SS find a solution !

Just to let everyone know, the Forums and posting in general will be getting updated for the better. There is also some better spam control mechanisms that are being currently built. ALOT is based off of feedback from great users like yourself.

Cannot access full videos

Have recently purchased 1 year full subscription ss-tv (Cyber Monday) but cannot access full videos and when I click on catergory or topic the right hand pane goes blank. Account type states I'm a free member but I should be full member, not sure what is happening there? Can anyone help ... Surprised

I Seem to be having the same problem as well. recently purchased my subscription

Dear SS Team,
I'd like to ask you fix my problem too! I cannot use my monthly account, it shows that my account type is Free member what's not true because I ordered it and paid for it. It all went wrong after activating my account!!! It was strange because I could watch full videos immediately after the ordering process. 1 day later I received the Welcome monthly member email with the Activate button, and since I clicked on it it says I'm a free member!
I tried to contact you per email and per contact panel at this site but as it's been 2days since then, I'm asking you to help me here as well!!! I'm really looking forward to watch those full videos, please!

SS should take more care of its forum

Things here are really going bad with all these spams. Singing Sucess doesn't provide a moderador to the forum, so everything is kinda thrown into garbage. We should contact people from the website

As SSTV has gained popularity, it has also attracted an unwanted element of spamming. Its a daily battle and we are working on a solution. Thank you for your feedback. As always you can simply just use the contact form(by clicking on the "contact" menu option) and let us know your complaints Smile

RE-POSTING -> SSTV SCREWED UP MY SUBSCRIPTION - PLS FIX

I'm reposting this as I found my previous post suddenly "disappeared". Plus, my multiple emails have been totally ignored (yet when I ask about booking lessons, my emails are replied really quickly).

PLS ATTEND TO THIS AS IT IS A GENUINE PROBLEM BAD ADMIN HAS CREATED, AND NOT A MINDLESS RANT.

I realise we're not supposed to be complaining or dissing SS here on the forums, but do understand that I'm only posting this here as my email to you guys hasn't been replied.

I was a happy SSTV member, and SHOULD still be happy paid member(I paid for a 1-year subscription only this year), except that when I pre-ordered Mastering Harmony, I was (supposed to have been) given a one-month free access to SSTV.

Instead of having the free access be given at the end of my one-year subscription, my account was converted to a one-month free access membership. At the end of that month, my account has been listed as "FREE MEMBER" ever since, locking me out of content I paid good money for.

Appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.

Good to hear. Did they fix it for you ?

Yes there were some issues with the Mastering Harmony pre-order overriding the SSTV member subscriptions. Those issues have since been resolved.

Free SS-tv for 1 month, how to start it?

Hi, i ordered the "Mastering harmony" and in that first offer they offered me the SS-tv for free 1 month. I have mailed to BM-SS twice and asked how i start that but i dont get any answer, does any of you guys know how to do that or who i shall contact?

Thats why i wrote an e-mail, to ask if i could activate it when i want to and have time to watch it. Im not at home so much in nov-dec......

sorry to bother you... Is mastering harmony worth buying? I have singinging success and mastering mix and I know they work. But I am not sure that mastering harmony have many different exercises compared with SS and MM.

Siteproblems

My computer write theres a compatabilityproblem,it blincs and start over again and the problem is gone, and this is only with the SS-site. Theres also a scriptproblem that slowes it down and some tv episodes are lagging or stop.

What Browser and OS are you using. We can better pinpoint the issue knowing that information.

Windows XP home edition, and internet explorer.

Mastering Harmony...

I didn't order it because I had no idea when they would be sending it to us, and it doesn't look like they've sent them out yet (the Mastering Harmony programs, that is). And, because I have long stretches of time where common sense eludes me, I didn't think to ask about it on here.
Have they sent out the Mastering Harmony programs yet, and, in not, does anyone have an idea as to when they come out?
I know this question has probably already been asked but I can't find it on the forums. >-<

Arcraith, Every Contact submission is not only logged in our database, but also sent to at least three members of the team. Did you use the SSTV contact form or some other form from our other sites?

I think it's because you don't have to 'prove your human' to join up like other forums

Someone on here said a while back that they found out that Jessie was moving on to opening up a studio and recording bands or something like that. He is not only leaving SS, he's not teaching vocals anymore.

Does SS and MM programmes create a small sounding voice?

I say this because I to have a voice that is way too thin, to even cover my favourite rock ballads.
How do increase power without sacrificing freedom.

As for power, do you feel like you are holding back at all?

Resonance is key. I listened to your video with ChiChi or whatever her name was. Both she and that other guy were coaxing your voice into activating more resonance, that "buzz". Just recently, I have found how much I could resonate, while remaining free. Right now it's speech volume, still far from a full out loud sound, but considering the light sounds I've worked with for the last year, I'm putting my faith in that I will only continue to get louder. If it has worked thus far, why stop now, right?
