- What Happened to SSO?
- SSO was originally intended as a temporary outlet for singers to watch REAL singing lessons with our world-renowned coaches. Due to the overwhelming demand for more and more video content, we simply had to upgrade everything. SSO was not powerful enough to suit our needs so Singing Success TV was born. - I was a member of SSO, do I still have an account?
- We have made every effort to ensure that all SSO subscribers and their forum data was imported into SingingSuccess TV. However, with the massive amount of members and data, a few members may notice some missing information. If you find that you no longer have an Account, please contact us.
- What is a Station Profile?
- A Station Profile on Singing Success TV is a way for you to network with other singers and musicians within SSTV. Now you can personalize your own profile, post comments and blogs about your singing experiences or post in the forums about questions you have about vocal training. Every subscriber whether on the Free, Monthly or Annual account plan, has their own station profile!
- What happened to some of the old SSO videos?
- When SSTV replaced SSO, we decided to remove a very small portion of video content which we felt did not meet the high standards we want to provide you. Don't worry, we are adding hours of new content every single week.
- I just want to watch the videos, nothing else.
- No problem! That is our main focus. You are not obligated to customize your Station Profile or post any information about yourself. It is strictly optional!
- How do I book a lesson with one of the coaches in the video I just watched?
- You will notice that the bottom of any vocal tip or singing lesson video will contain a link that says "Book a Lesson". Click that link to inquire about booking a lesson. You can always email booking@singingsuccess.com or call 1-888-269-7758 as well.
- How do I upgrade, change or cancel my account?
- This is an easy one. If you are a FREE or Monthly subscriber, just click the "Upgrade" button in black at the top of this page. That will help you decide which option you would like. If you want to cancel your account, go to your "Account Settings" tab on your Station Profile and you can change your setting there. If you are still having trouble, please don't hesitate to email support@singingsuccess.com or call 615-866-1028 during normal business hours (10am-5pm Central).

Our MONTHLY subscription is $34.95/month and it gives you access to STREAM 100% of all of our video content and access to download up to 5 FULL lessons of your choosing each month.
Our best subscription option (and most popular) is our ANNUAL subscription (best value) which gives you UNLIMITED access to everything 24/7. Download as many full lessons, vocal tips, artist interviews, performances, etc as you want with no limitation.
If you choose the MONTHLY option, you can UPGRADE to an ANNUAL subscription at any time from your account settings or station profile page. - How do I become a certified Brett Manning Associate Vocal Coach?
